This new home provides a courtyard-style house for a site within the green wedge zone in Heatherton. The courtyard offers shelter to the outdoor living areas, whilst providing a central focus that draws the different wings of the house together. 

The house references rural architecture with it's metal clad living room wing, and acknowledges the proximity of nearby Moorabin Airport, with wing-like roofs and aeronautical stripes across the building.
